Information we collect and why
- Consultation enquiries: your name, email, project description and, on the full form, location and project type. Telephone, budget, preferred start period and contact method are optional. We use these details to consider and respond to the enquiry, including steps you request before a possible contract.
- Privacy requests: your name, email and request details, used to identify, assess and respond to your request and fulfil applicable legal obligations. We may ask for proportionate identity verification; do not send identification documents through the form.
- Service and security data: hosting systems receive IP addresses, request details and operational logs to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry service uses a short-lived hash derived from an IP address and time window to limit abuse. Security processing supports the legitimate interest in protecting the service, subject to applicable law.
- Background film: the video is served directly from this website as a page asset. No separate media provider is contacted by the player and it sets no tracking cookies. You can pause playback in the hero; reduced-motion and data-saving preferences show a still image.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
No optional services are currently connected. No analytics, advertising pixels or marketing subscriptions are currently enabled. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Global Privacy Control is respected; there is no sale or advertising sharing to enable. Providers and access
The website runs on WordPress. Submitted records are stored in the website database and are accessible to authorised administrators in WordPress. If the operator enables email notifications, the configured email service receives a notification containing a request reference and a link to the private administration screen. The hosting and email providers, processing locations and retention settings must be confirmed by the operator before launch. Video, fonts and still images are served with the website. The business has named Google Analytics and Omnisend as its analytics and email-marketing providers. Neither integration is connected or enabled in this website. No enquiry is sent to them by this implementation. Google Analytics would require a separate analytics choice before loading, and Omnisend tracking or marketing would require the relevant optional permission; an email subscription must also be a separate, voluntary action. Provider configuration, retention and contractual safeguards must be documented before connection. No additional advertising or CRM integration has been identified or enabled.
International processing
These infrastructure providers operate internationally. Processing locations, contractual safeguards and the operator’s arrangements for transfers outside your jurisdiction must be confirmed by the business. Do not assume that all data stays in the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. You may ask for information about relevant safeguards through the privacy request form.
How long information stays
A previous version stored external-media choices with a 180-day validity; those entries may remain until browser storage is cleared. This version does not create new choices or use old choices to activate external services. A browser enquiry receipt is valid for one hour and normally disappears when the tab session ends. Abuse-limiting records expire after 20 minutes and are removed on a later accepted submission. Submitted enquiries and privacy requests currently remain in the private database until the owner removes them; automated record deletion and a final business retention schedule have not yet been configured. Hosting log and backup retention is controlled by the providers and must be confirmed separately.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Applicable US state laws may also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and appeal a refused request. Availability and exceptions depend on your jurisdiction. We do not use this site for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Use the privacy request form and describe what you need. A request is saved for the owner to review; receipt does not mean it has been completed. Requests must be handled within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to your local regulator, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. You will not be denied the website merely for declining optional cookies or exercising a privacy right.
Children and sensitive information
This service is intended for adults planning home renovations. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account details, identification documents or information about children. Contact us through a privacy request if such information has been submitted in error.
Updates
We update this notice when the website’s actual processing changes. New optional purposes or providers require a fresh choice before activation. This notice covers this website, not yet any separate client, supplier or employment processing.
